This handmade bar was infused with honey to provide relief to acne prone skin. Honey is a natural moisturizer and will draw moisture back into your pores. Honey has great antimicrobial qualities to draw out skin irritants that cause acne, dryness, and irritation. I love using honey in my soaps because it’s so skin-loving!
The other star of this bar is turmeric! Turmeric is really a superfood packed with antibacterial properties to provide relief to pimples and inflammation. Turmeric is packed with vitamin E which helps to revitalize the skin cells and also helps to retain moisture. Turmeric is known to provide relief with eczema and psoriasis and definition helps with hyperpigmentation.
Shawty gLO has lemongrass essential oil in it to enhance all the benefits of the honey and turmeric.
